Brianna is a Senior at Illinois State University. Her study plan is tailored for a degree in Human Development and Family Science. With this degree, she plans to achieve her goal of being a Child Life Specialist within a hospital setting. In her future profession, she will be an advocate for children who are hospitalized as well as be their support system, ensuring focus on their psychological needs to preserve the child’s quality of life as much as possible.
“When I first heard about this organization, I fell in love with the concept of supplying those in need with a therapy dog. I believe this organization, which was created by two of the most loving, supportive, and selfless people I have ever met, will save so many lives. Mental health is something I advocate for every day from a personal and career viewpoint. I currently work as a teacher assistant at a behavioral clinic for adolescents. Therefore, I see on a very deep and emotional level how mental health can affect someone. It has always been my dream to be an individual who changes perspectives from hopeless and alone to love and supported in any situation at any age. Paws for Powerless is something that I truly believe in, and I am so blessed to say I have the privilege of knowing the two individuals, Michelle and Danny, who have changed the lives of those around them by creating this wonderful organization.”

22Mohawks is a 501c3 nonprofit located in Sharon, MA helping veterans and first responders lead themselves to find purpose.
We do this through a blend of mental fitness classes, outreach, and community events, along with our two core programs 22Mohawks Pups for Vets & First Responders and the 22Mohawks Airborne Operations Course and Retreat.
After spending months trying to find the perfect Flagship dog we finally landed on MASSBACH KENNELS.
Justin has dedicated an extensive amount of time to training and breeding some of the best working dogs. With his training style, keen attention to detail, and immaculate facility, we knew this was the right place. Justin spent a very long time selecting the perfect puppy for us and we are extremely happy with his choice.
